the good and the bad

Why is it when I have a really good day something always seems to go wrong? On Sunday, Joe and I went to the air show and we had a great time(even if we both got sunburned pretty badly). However, that night, mom calls and tells me nothing more than that Jerry is in an ambulance on his way to the hospital........He is ok, but we still don't know why he fainted suddenly.
